I’m Cora Castle—a problem solver, engineer, inventor, systems thinker, storyteller, environmentalist, and strategist working at the intersection of technology, sustainability, energy, inclusivity, and economic development. I bring a lived understanding of what it means to navigate systems not built with everyone in mind—and a career defined by solving real, structural problems: technical, social, and often both. As a transgender woman, I’ve learned that resilience isn’t optional. Whether I’m writing policy, mentoring startups, building clean energy systems, or shaping public discourse, I stay focused on one question: How do we build a future that works for more people? I believe in solutions that are practical, scalable, and deeply human—and I work every day to help shape them.
